Naoko Vaughn is a Global Real Estate Advisor with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty who helps people move through significant life transitions with clarity, dignity, and care.

Naoko began her real estate career at 23 in the commercial sector, working with investors before pursuing entrepreneurial ventures in Japan and the United States. Her experience includes helping introduce espresso culture to Japan and operating two women's boutiques for more than a decade.

Today, she helps empty nesters and longtime homeowners navigate the practical and emotional work of selling, simplifying, relocating, or leaving a long-held home. Her approach includes coordinating the transition around the transaction, from organizing and decluttering to donation and estate services.

Raised on Mercer Island and connected to Issaquah and Sammamish for more than 30 years, Naoko brings firsthand Eastside knowledge. She studied International Studies at the University of Puget Sound and the University of Washington and works in English and Japanese.

As an SRES® and former primary caregiver for her mother, Naoko understands how practical realities and emotional readiness can move at different speeds. Her role is to create a path that respects both.
